Exchange Policy

• Customers may request an exchange within 14 days from the date the order is received.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
• Exchanges are available for size or color, subject to stock availability.
• If the requested size is unavailable, another product may be chosen with payment or refund of any price difference.
• The customer covers the exchange shipping cost if the reason is a change of size or color.
• If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, ALIENS covers all shipping costs.

Return Policy

• Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date the order is received.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with the packaging.
• The product value is refunded after it is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the return conditions.
• The amount is refunded via the same payment method, or by bank transfer / e-wallet, within 7–14 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the reason is a product defect or an error by ALIENS.
